– Lucy –

I’ve met Lucy in 2003, at a workshop we were attending, and we’ve been friends ever since.  She is the only Muse I have that pre-dates my photography career.  When I got my 1st digital camera, and I wanted to try just muck around a bit, Lucy was my original model.  I guess it’s more than fair to say Lucy was the one that started it all.  Heck knows what would have happened if Lucy did not grace me with her presence in my dusty garage home-made studio in suburban Johannesburg.  I might have a camera lying in the cupboard gathering dust.

A tall Swedish blonde with stunning -up-slanting eyes and cheekbones to kill for, Lucy makes a great photo.  With a wicked sense of humour and a penchant for latex, the highjinks we get up to in studio is legendary.  Lucy is also not afraid to push and be pushed – even after all these years, she still gets on my case and inspires me to do better every time.  When we’re not in the studio, Lucy and I hang out at pubs drinking beer and chewing the fat.  She is currently in the corporate world, but runs a little garment-printing shop on the side, called “Lost in Lucy“.

Sorry guys – she’s a married mum of two![/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_masonry_media_grid grid_id=”vc_gid:1477207537192-8decd07f-44e6-4″ include=”1813,1814,1815,1816,1817”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
